Well, there must be some overlapping among certain type of disorders, diseases, disabilities, illness, etc. And that's none of my concern. Let's focus on stuttering instead. We can speak almost in total fluency when speaking in unison, and talking to yourself, kids, flowers, etc. Right? So we are actually ABLE, CAPABLE to speak the way normies do. But when meeting with certain persons and/or particular circumstances, we stutter. Hmm. What does that tell us about stuttering? Stuttering is not a disability, it's an interference to our speech ability.
