Horrible blocks on B

Horrible blocks on B Hello everyone, I’ve recently started to notice that I have really bad blocks on any word that starts with a B. Like I would be talking comparatively fluent and a word starting with B would come and there was be a 7 sec block on it. I have tried different speech techniques but nothing is helping recently. Any tips would be appreciated.
