I first became aware of it in around kindergarten, where my teachers recommended I be put in school administered speech therapy, where I stayed until senior year of high school where I decided I didn’t need it anymore because I had virtually 0 stuttering by that point. It wasn’t until leaving high school that I realized that having regular speech therapy and social interaction in the form of school was the ONLY thing keeping me from falling into the worst speech paralysis ever. I’m now 18 years old and have a very hard time even getting out my own name
