I work for an executive search firm and interview multiple candidates every day for various positions. I have interviewed a good number of candidates who stutter. If your interviewer is anything of a professional, it shouldn't be a big deal. Take a breath. It's so much more important what you say than how you say it. If you're good for the role, you'll kill it!
