I always let people know about my stutter especially when I was a teen. From my experience ,by letting them know early , it makes everything flow alittle easier. Plus , many women are alittle more empathic to stutters, especially if they like you. Just be yourself, let the girls know, after the initial "hi, how are you" , I think your pretty ,blah blah You'll be ok, just go for it. Don't let rejection/ doubt etc stop you from trying to get what you want.
