Not caring how you speak is probably the holy grail of stuttering recovery (at least from a personal development standpoint). So much of what we deal with is our response to a listener's perceived reaction. If you simply don't care, a lot of the anxiety and shame disappears. Most of us will never be fluent, but we can learn to disregard any shame put on us from external sources.
