I'm glad someone posted about this, because I've been thinking about him too. He's definitely one of my heroes, not only because of being a fellow stutterer, but also because he was one of those rare public figures who really seemed like a genuinely admirable person who put duty and country first. If anyone has any good biographies to recommend let me know. I read one a while back, but there are kind of a lot to choose from and it's hard to know which are the best
