I mean there's a few 10 year old interviews on youtube where he speaks about it And he spoke at that Stuttering Association galas also ? (ed sheeran also did it omg it's on the top of my tongue) So I do think he truly stutter he's just covert as fuck (relatable) but also he had some weird non stutter related slip ups so idk really
