Totally! When you're feeling anxiety and you're overthinking about what you're saying, you're not allowing yourself to speak freely. The more tense you are the harder it is to keep yourself from stuttering. It stinks though, because sometimes it's hard to distract yourself from constantly thinking about stuttering when you're talking. It can be hard to find that place of speaking freely when you're feeling stressed.
