antidepressants for stuttering

antidepressants for stuttering yesterday (unbelievably, on national stuttering awareness day) my doctor finally prescribed me with 30mg of clomipramine to start because of how bad my stutter has gotten over quarantine and depending on what he and my speech therapist say it might get upped or i might have to combine it with another kind. does anyone have experience with this drug who can tell me what to expect? because i know the internet doesn't tell you everything thanks in advance also i'm 21 f and i have rhotacism (can't say rs) too i also take 10mg of adderall if it matters
