What I love to do in these situations is ask in person or via email “I’ve noticed you laugh at the way I speak. I’m not laughing with you and I find it very offensive. It’s obvious in my body language that I’m uncomfortable and offended and you continue laughing. Please let me know if you don’t possess the emotional maturity to continue our business relationship without laughing at me. If you don’t, I’ll coordinate different arrangements with HR”
