Haha, yuuuup. I know they're trying their best to mean well and be relatable, but if they'd taken any accessibility training at all, they would know not to say something like this. The other popular reply I've gotten from coworkers (after I tell them I can't help run a seminar and why, etc) is "just be more confident" lol
