I don't know your healthcare/insurance situation, but I would strongly recommend looking into speech therapy. It can be a bit of a pain finding an SLP who knows what they're doing working with adults who stutter, but there are all kinds of strategies that can really make a big difference and improve confidence. I'm an SLP who stutters, and I would definitely say that doing speech therapy as a young adult was very helpful. I had it as a kid and it helped some, but I think a lot of the techniques are too much for kids. O started making real progress as an adult. Let me know if you have any questions or anything, I'd be happy to help anyway I can.
