Not exactly appealing for social situations, but this is for more at home 'practice'. Take a deep breath from your diaphragm. Now as monotone as you possibly can, start saying the alphabet, but for every letter, say a word that starts with that letter. A = Apple, B = Banana, and so on. Try that out, and purposely use words you struggle with. It's weird, but for me at least I don't stutter when using that overly dramatic monotone. I still stutter, have all my life, but this seems to at least help me mentally with knowing I CAN say it, even if it's just me saying it alone.
