I work at a movie theater, and last week we were closed due to a pipe bursting. My job that day was to stand outside and explain to customers that they could get refunds, but they couldn't buy any tickets or see any movies. I'm explaining this to a customer, and she already looked angry which made me nervous, so my stutter was a little worse than usual. The customer just stopped me, turned to my coworker, and asked him to explain the problem. One lady yelled at me for a straight minute about how I talk too fast, and another looked like she wanted hit me, when I blocked while talking to her. I really feel you, I dont know why it makes some people so angry.
