A massive amount of stutters, stutter due to excessive amounts of dopamine in part of the left side of the brain, thus why we don’t stutter when singing, because singing uses primarily the right side of the brain. So, speech therapy may help you control it better, but the only way to possibly fix the stutter would be to fix the dopamine issue…..
