I would rather get my speech disfluency out in the open then try and hide it. I’m only getting older and I don’t have the time to always worry about what others think. If I don’t get the job, I’ll just move on. If an employer doesn‘t want to hire me because I was honest about my speech disfluency, that will be their loss, not mine.
