smooth starts is speaking with less tension for the first letter of a word. I use it when I feel like i might block on a work. essentially it’s speaking softer and lighter at the beginning of a word. constant voicing is keeping your voice on when speaking, so basically mushing words together. That sounds less natural so i also only use it during difficult blocks. it decreases tension making it easier for me to get words out. hope that all made sense!!
