That's not the point, being in a wheelchair is irreversible because of organic reasons (maybe there are extreme cases) and I don't believe someone has no stutter-free zones, like whispering or even silently mouthing words when you're alone or sing. edit: also watch the most severe stutterer in the world talk for a few minutes and I'm sure he'll have some fluent words.
