I honestly don’t know if it will help because by talking slower, you’re focusing more on your pronunciation and therefore stuttering more. This won’t apply to everyone but I’ve seen countless posts stating that the best way to get fluent is to stop caring and stop thinking about what you’re saying so talking slower seems counterproductive to this. I work in the kitchen and it’s pretty stressful in there because of all the orders we need to make. We need to make the food and then tell the waiters what you’ve made eg ‘beef quesadilla for justeat 7638’. When it gets really busy, I find that my stutter vanishes simply because I’m not thinking about stuttering. Out of work, I can never apply the same technique so I can’t give you any tips besides that lol
