1. all my life 2. Gradually over many years 3. I did go to a therapist in the army. When i treated my anxiety, it did get a lot better. Just constantly putting myself out there in scary situations helped me. From never raising my hand in class, to have a lecture on military fitness training in front of a 100 soldiers 4. yes, i suffered from anxiety. I have done a lot of self work through exposure theraphy 5. Get some heroes. Kendrick lamar, Arnold, whoever may inspire you, people need stories to believe in. Always seek discomfort and personal development. I’ll believe in you!
