Don’t be afraid to disclose your stutter. The first 3 years of college I was always scared of telling people I stuttered, and that made for increase anxiety bc I was worried that if I got called on in class then people would find out I stuttered and judge me. My 4th year I made it a point (if the time was right) I would tell people I stuttered. So that made it easier for times I got called on bc I knew people KNEW I stuttered. Also don’t be afraid to tell ur professors you stutter. Lastly, college is not like highschool. You’ll experience LESS overt bullying. But bullying asshole teenagers turn into bullying asshole adults. So yeah you’ll likely be judged by folks. Don’t let that bring you down. College is a great time because you have the freedom to find your group. So just don’t hang around people who judge or make fun.
