I consider mindfulness to be similar to "tripping" on phsycs. And it has certainly helped to effectively remove the stuttering. I still do stutter sometimes on bad days(its so rare iam not so sure why it happens), but its virtually non-existent. Its hard as fuck to be mindful and "aware", first youll have to go through a path of self discovery; but it almost feels like some superpowers have been unlocked once you become the version you were meant to be(or atleast start getting close). Think well, eat well, exercise well. Everything else will play out well, we're all generally pretty smart.
