I'm 24 and have been stuttering since at least 10, maybe earlier. The one thing that has helped me the most is acceptance of my stutter and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. The better you feel about yourself in other aspects of your self-esteem, the easier you can accept the fact that you stutter too. Once you accept it, the blocking can becomes less severe (I block stutter too). My block is worst when I'm anxious or excited. Learning to control your emotions and being aware of when you're most likely to stutter will help. Some days will be worse than others. But you have to remember that what you are saying is more important than how you're saying it... Good luck dude 👍🏾
