I remember when I would take adderall in college I wouldn’t stutter nearly as much. I think it actually improved my speaking. Idt weed had any effect i would stutter probably equally as much when sober. For alcohol I also think I stutter less but I think that’s just because I’m usually in a bar or loud setting and have to yell a little bit. And talking loud and yelling helps with vocalization
