I'm sorry you feel that way and thank you for sharing it here. What are things you want to do? How are you going to get there? Do those things step by step, and allow any feeling or thought in the process. Yes you will encounter more obstacles than a fluent speaking person, but you will find that it's mostly you that's keeping you from where you want to go, not the stuttering itself. Yes it sucks, but it does not mean you can't get anywhere. I have plenty of friends who stutter that are teachers, scientists, artists.. it's possible! I think it's a great first step to be open about your stutter to who is close to you. Good luck!
