Stuttering in foreign language help?

Stuttering in foreign language help? I am a native English speaker, and I got rid of my English stutter a while ago, probably 8th grade. It was a problem where I would make clicky sounds with my tongue and the roof of my mouth. I dont know how it went away but it just did. I'm learning Spanish and during Spanish presentations, my stutter comes back. Only when I speak Spanish I've noticed everytime I close my mouth, my tongue sticks to the roof of my mouth and when I separate it, it makes a clicking sound Any help?
