I still struggle with it more than I'm willing to accept, so at the moment I would say yes. I have had many good things come my way because of my stutter however and I do think it's made me a better person, so it would not be an easy decision. I know many in my shoes who have gone further in their path who wouldn't take the magic pill. All this said, I still don't view it as a flaw but a difference. The real flaw comes from society and stigma and if stuttering was treated as a difference instead of a flaw, I believe most of us wouldn't struggle.
