This worked for me when I was a teenager. No longer works. It’s really just because alcohol relaxes you. You’re no longer tense when speaking. It’s a big crutch and will lead to alcoholism which is horrible. Try meditation or whatever you can to relax. The way alcohol makes you. Confidence helps to. Work out, run. Do stuff to make you feel good about yourself. Also just putting yourself into scary (stuttering) situations will slowly make you desensitized and you’ll stop trying/caring then you won’t tense up as much and you’ll speak much easier. Good luck
