Funny, it's basically the opposite for me. The more I know what words I'm going to say, the more I stutter. Maybe it's focusing too much on the words rather than the content, since answering a question where the response is more off-the-cuff, it's smoother. Presentations are awful, but answering questions after goes way better for me. Everyone's different!
