Not caring what people think is a huge one! Thank you for pointing that out, it's definitely something that comes with time and age. When I was a young teenager I cared far too much. I'm 29 now and literally couldn't give a fuck what other people think, but I'm my own worst critic and I'm far too hard on myself.
