Always lift yourself up But try to not imagine people as lost souls. We all grow and need each others help. And we can help each other best by not thinking of anyone like this. I try to not judge someone until they pull an action to judge them by and keep it at that until another action or long term offenses have occurred. People sometimes grow from these sorts of criticisms but you distract your mind from healthy forms of thinking when you think of them as all of those true but also intrusive opinionated statements.
