I know exactly how you feel. I work in government and with veterinarians, which some of them can be extreme ***holes. When I have to introduce my self at meetings or to the higher ups, I usually say ”my name is....” however sometimes it doesn't work and I'm like c-c-c-carlos. Which I end up getting embarrassed and feeling like shit. All we can do is just take one word at a time. Keep your head up don't let that discourage you👍🏼.
