Happens to me too, especially when I get little sleep for some reason. Hang in there. Remember - the most important thing about stuttering is acceptance. Took me the longest time to finally come to terms with it, even after undergoing two intensive rounds of speech therapy. I also used to think very negative thoughts about my stutter, but at the end of the day, it doesn't matter. It's who I am, how I was born. I've stuttered since I was in Kindergarten (I'm 24 now).
