I think it won't but I will assume you having very mild stuttering, given you had been fluent for 20 years. My advice would be to first self-reinforce your psychology by recalling your positive memory in doing a fluent speech for almost 20 years. I'm also the proponent of fake-it till-you-make-it-mentality. I always refuse that I will stutter for forever. I still stutter tho but very very mild and my speech on getting better, which I believe was due to my mentality. do self-talk like: I am not a stutterer and I will not be. There's just a glitch in my speech apparatus or something. F it, I can fix it by building the proper neuropathways by practicing my speech. I can be significantly fluent when alone so I will be too in other circumstances. I am still way more intelligent than 99.9% of people. I am a mathematics gold medalist. Heck, maybe I'm as smart as Stephen Hawking. This is kinda self-talk I every day do to attack the stuttering from the psychology aspect LOL. With some physical training and this kinda mentality, I have achieved more than my normies fellows can do. I was the president in my univ, graduated cum laude, got a full scholarship to study in America, etc. Specifically for the "difficult" word, this is something that I have been doing to "overkill" the word: First and foremost, you brain now fears the W-word since it associates it with stuttering, failure, embarrassment, and ultimately your previous stuttering with the word. At home do this practice: clap your hand. then say the W words. Any W words. This is something to train your neurons and trick your brain. How this really works needs to be explained in scientific papers. But before I was a national athlete, I know this kinda training is commonplace to train the responsiveness of the athletes. Normies react to words in no time that they won't think about any fear or any kind of interference. They just freaking utter it. That's it. We want to mimic that very process. repeat 1000 times in a day, well I mean as many as possible. Tell your brain, "it's fucking EZ mate to say this you have done 1000 times\* X days" after 2 weeks, go outside, and try to say it to a person. do it 1000 times. Overkill it. Next, you know how this is played. Say in during 1 vs 3 conversations, 1vs 6, presentation at school or office. etc. This works for me. Maybe it will too for you. Good luck!
