Good ones can for sure. They've helped me, but they are frustratingly hard to find. Stuttering is very specialized even in speech and hearing education and most therapists don't know how to help or even understand the real issues. I think your best bet might be trying to find someone who gets it, probably some therapist abroad and seeing if they have a virtual group you can join or can do zoom therapy. That and I would encourage you to go to international conferences. They might be the most useful thing you can do if you can't find a good therapist. To meet other people who stutter. StammaFest in the UK is a good one that may be slightly more feasible for someone Eastern Europe.
