Work calls

Work calls How do y’all handle work calls? I get stuck on Hello and keep repeating the word several times and just can’t stop. Have y’all found any techniques? I have made calls in while and I feel hopeless. I can answer them but it’s the making call I screwing up on. It’s severe. I know my boss can hear me too.
