Happy for you! My son, 10 years old, got this technique “BERL”recommended by his speech therapist when he was 8, works really well, he only uses it when has to do public speaking, not mature enough to get the discipline to do it daily, but I’m sure he’ll get there too, thanks for the inspiration Op.
