But with these blocks it doesn't even happen.. I might say a word or two maybe even a sentence but theres no way I would dive into any form of conversation when It's going to look like me failing a fucking obstacle course it's so embarrassing. I was able to live most my life without facing my stutter and now as an adult I don't know how to deal with it and I'm so embarrassed it's harming my mental state
