My king the most counterintuitive goal is to not stutter. It´s hard, but allow yourself to stutter. Speak slow, stutter on purpose, and realise you´re not responsible to speak fluid. You have a tire that you need to fix, just like anyone else in the world who wants to call or get something fixed. You didn´t choose to stutter, so the world should deal with it.
