Just For Rants

Just For Rants As the title says. I work as a call center agent/Customer service, and I must say things are getting tough. I can't stammer on the call, so there are a lot of blocks, and sometimes I can't even help but stammer. It's not like a got a choice. I'm really scared one day my boss will fire me. I can't quit too, I need this job. Finding another isn't easy. It feels like in every job, the requirement is strong oral communication. I also just got an offer for Post graduate diploma in accounting and I am dreading it because I know there will be lots of presentations in school. I managed to avoid that in my bachelor's but I know i can't avoid it now. How do I cope? Life is frustrating me
