You won't believe this right now, but disclosing IS the most effective way to BECOME a more fluent speaker. I've had a bunch of job interviews over the last year for being a lead preschool teacher (talking to kids/parents/assistant all day long). The only time I wasn't offered the job was when I DID NOT disclose (which was also the only time I blabbered and had no control over my talking). As soon as they finish introducing themselves, say "I'd like to share that I am a person with a stutter/verbal dysfluency, so I will sometimes repeat or pause when talking. It's something that has made more tolerant of differences and more patient." (adjust as needed, pretend you are on a PSA for accepting differences, also remember that the current president also stutters). After the interview, listen to the podcasts here and learn WHY disclosing will be your new best friend. https://www.stuttering-specialist.com/about-us
