As a lifelong stutterer (Blocks, stammer, word repeat) I would have to disagree with you. I know it sucks but hey I would rather stutter than be born butt ugly. I always have the option to just stfu. Believe me, you just have to say fuck it you stutter and move on. Getting the label of disabled will definitely limit you in life in the US.
