Outside of just being selfaware of my own mental and building myself up for positive interactions, knowing that awkward interactions has a charm themselves. .. Body language helps me a lot when I really get stuck on a word ( mainly emphesising with my hands). Standing up when notice I cant catch my breath. Anything really that makes me feel more control in which might feel like an overstimulating environment. Pacing while talking, fidgeting with something in my hand helps. Or straight up being blunt with what I'm trying to convey.
