Why did you not let the professor know ahead? I can’t tell you how much of a difference it makes in self disclosure. I am hard of hearing and I didn’t go to my in person class because I told my professor ahead and did everything online. You need to get every accommodation you can.  University is only 4 years. No one will ever remember you or your stutter. Put in the hard work in your studies and get skilled in something. No one will care you stutter and will only focus on what you are good at.
