There’s no harm in writing down your stutter as a disability. My boss asked me recently why I never wrote it down and I said that I didn’t want to as I thought it might of been a disadvantage. He said that he wish I told him so that he could help me out during the interview. Legally, your employer can’t turn you down based on a disability. So write it down if you feel like your employer should know about it
