Same here, I guess finding the good words in English or any other foreign language + trying to speak fluently in general is something extra for us. I don't know how your English conversations are, but if I quickly translate/plan what I want to say before "my turn" the stuttering gets less. Also an general tip for stuttering, what I personally 8/10 times forget because of the tension to speak, is to speak in a lower tempo that you want; Stretch the words and find some time to exhale and pause.
