I've had full-body Alopecia ever since I was 2 years old, and I have a stress-induced block stutter. I've felt ugly and weird my whole life. Honestly, though, outside of dating, my stutter is accepted. Yes, people walk away mid stutter and it's infuriating. I'm actually naturally extroverted, but I've noticed how introverted I can become on bad stuttering days. All I can say is, dating sucks for most people - especially nowadays. Be kind to yourself, be patient with yourself, and like others said, don't self-isolate or your stutter will get worse (speaking from experience). Good luck, my friend!
