I’m 22 and I’ve worked a few jobs but ive got two places fighting eachother wanting to keep me. I’m not saying I’m the greatest employee of all time but people care about how hard you work more than your speech. And atleast for me knowing people value you at your job it made me stutter much less and gave me a big confidence boost
