Here's some advice that I developed on my own that has helped me when I feel a blockage at the beginning of a sentence: When you feel a blockage at the beginning of a sentence, firstly acknowledge the blockage, then take a deep breath (a *comfortable* deep, not exceedingly deep to where it's uncomfortable or worsens the blockage) **through your nose**, and finally consciously aim to slow down your rate of speech for the first few words of your sentence. The reason why I suggest consciously aiming to slow it down is because if you're having a blockage you might feel like you'll want to "spew" out the block, as we've all experienced I'm sure. Feel free to modify those steps to suit your liking. In addition to the above steps, you can also start exhaling before the first sound of your sentence. That can help for when a blockage is being particularly stubborn. Hell, you might want to do it every time. [Also, see this video.](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=I3QZOTc2i6Y)
